Shipping policy

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and holidays. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship all orders via Canada Post. Delivery times vary depending on your location:

• Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days within Canada

• Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days within Canada (additional cost applies)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather or postal delays.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order and the shipping method selected.

Order Tracking
